Wyndham has experienced tremendous cost savings by using Inntec’s IVR technology to enable phone-based activation of certificates for our travelers. This helped us limit costly call center resources, eliminated manual entry of traveler data, and helped us automate various inefficient paper processes. Inntec has always been responsive and imaginative in modifying our IVR to allow us to try new promotions including outbound campaigns and call center redirects based on traveler demographics. I imagine that for many organizations, working with Inntec would be far more efficient than using an internal IT department.
