Charles holds several degrees including: Bachelors in Religious Education, Master of Ministry, Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Counseling and Doctor of Ministry. He has been a senior pastor in the United States and is a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor.

Charles has worked in the corporate world in different capacities including Systems Analyst in U.S. government. His life's journey also includes a decade in the financial services industry.  Having spent several years as a District Coordinator with AFLAC, he brings with him sales skills from the corporate world.
