This Company is a sales brokerage for large plant nurseries and retail stores that sell large volumes of plants. One of Premier’s largest problems was over-selling or under-selling available stock from a given nursery in a given week.

Inntec developed an online application that allows the nurseries to upload their weekly plant availabilities into a Web application. Premier Nurseries then accesses the application to distribute plant quantities among their various regional sales representatives. The representatives can access real time plant availability and place orders while in the retail store using a wireless internet handheld device.

Once the orders are placed for a day, the nurseries can download the orders. Some nurseries actually download the orders directly into their in-house applications. Sales and commission reports can be generated for both Premier Nurseries and their retail customers.
